PCMH is a care delivery model whereby patient treatment is coordinated through their primary care physician to ensure they receive the necessary care when and where they need it, in a manner they can understand.

At Terrace Pediatric Group, our team consists of experienced, compassionate pediatricians and friendly, nurturing staff members who take pride in giving our young patients the personalized pediatric care that they deserve.

All of our pediatricians are highly educated professionals who have undergone rigorous academic and clinical training in pediatrics. We maintain a high level of expertise through continuing education in order to provide the most up-to-date care for the young patients we are privileged to serve.

Terrace Pediatric Group believes in a team approach to your child's health and well-being, so all of our doctors collaborate with parents to provide the highest level of care. We epect you to provide us with your medical history, as well as information about any care you obtain outside of our practice, to include your current medications, recent test results, visits to other doctors and health care providers, behavioral health services, hospitalizations, and emergency department visits.


Dr. Julie T. Peek joined the practice in 1992. She is from Fayetteville, NC. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. Her Pediatric Residency was completed at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Peek is Board Certified in Pediatrics. She and her husband, Dr. Richard Peek have two children; Christopher and Jennifer.

Dr. Brad A. Greenbaum joined the group in 1998. He received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee at Memphis and completed his Pediatric Residency at Dallas Children’s Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He is board certified in Pediatrics. Dr. Brad and his wife Lisa are both from Nashville. They are the parents of one child; Halle.

Dr. William A. Sanders joined the group in 2013. He received his medical degree at the University of Tennessee in Memphis and completed his Pediatric Residency at the University of Arizona. During his final year of residency, he was given the award for primary care, which recognized him for excellence in outpatient medicine. He is board certified in Pediatrics and previously served as the chief of pediatrics at St. Thomas Midtown. He has been married to his wife, Emily, since 2008, and she works as a reading and language arts teacher in a local elementary school. Together, they have developed a passion for encouraging the joy of reading in the community. They’ve also spent time together volunteering in Rwanda, where he worked in a rural health clinic and hospital and she taught English to young schoolchildren and orphans. They have a lovely little girl, name Charlie, who keeps them very busy when they get home from work. He enjoys staying active, including running and taking walks with his two dogs.

Rachel M. Ames joined the practice in 2022. She is from Huntsville, AL. She completed her undergraduate education at Yale University before getting her Masters of Nursing from Vanderbilt University. She is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She played semi-pro and D1 collegiate soccer, and enjoys using those skills to educate children about being active. In her spare time, you can find her working out at Gym 5, reading a good book, or at the dog park with her two high energy dogs.
